Christmas ALREADY?!

I went to WalMart yesterday.... There was a 12 foot Christmas tree at the entrance. Can it really be Christmas time already?! I need to get my butt in gear. I haven't bought anything yet. I am still riding the just married train but I need to get off soon at Reality Street. I am going to Houston with Ryan on Sunday so I guess I can get some good shopping in while I am there. Ryan has some classes to attend Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So, if anyone knows of some Houston hotspots let me know. I have only been once and it was for a concert so it was short lived.
I am pretty excited about decorating our new house for Christmas. I want to go in the attic and bring down all the Christmas stuff SO very bad! I will hold off until after Thanksgiving, as far away as that seems!
So, I have decided to ask Santa for a new camera for Christmas. I don't know where to start in finding one I like. I have always wanted to take up Photography but have never really had the time/money/patience to do it. I feel like I am finally at a time in my life when it would "click" HA HA. I need to start looking into it though.... Any input would be great.
